Born from a passion for the ocean and the rich waters of Patillas, En El Mar Charters was created to share the best of Puerto Rico’s southern coastline. Our captains know these waters better than anyone — the reefs, the channels, the fishing grounds, and the hidden places only locals can show you.

We operate directly from Playa Inches, one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches on the island, offering guests a true connection with the sea.
